  • Kunde
  • Milk
  • Ground peanut
  • Spring onions

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash your vegetables and cut

  2. 2

    Bring to boil till tender

  3. 3

    Remove from fire and drain water

  4. 4

    In a separate pot, fry the spring onions,

  5. 5

    Add the vegetables and salt to taste

  6. 6

    Mix your peanut with milk and add to the veges

  7. 7

    Simmer for a short while.

  8. 8

    Serve with your favourite Ugali
