Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgRohu fish cut and cleaned
  • 2Tomato big
  • 5Green chillies
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspChilli powder
  • 1 tspHaldi powder
  • 2 tspmustard
  • 1 tspjeera
  • 2green chillies
  • 1 cupgarlic onion paste
  • as neededMustard oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Add haldi and salt to the fish,fry all the fish pieces,keep aside

  2. 2

    For gravy, in a pan add oil,then add the mixed mustard paste, tomatoes, and fry it for a 2 minute, don't fry the masala too much,then add water to it

  3. 3

    When the gravy boils add salt,chilli powder and greei chillies to it, let it boil for 5 minutes,then add all the fryed fishes and let it boil for1 minute,garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
