Mix all the dry ingredients together. Mix then add in blueband.

Add in eggs and knead. Add in milk little by little while kneading. Knead to form a soft dough.

Allow to rest for 10 minutes then divide into 4 balls. Then roll the dough into a flat surface. Cut into rectangular pieces or round pieces... optional.

Heat oil until hot in a pan. Deep fry the mandazi until golden brown. Dry in a paper towel and serve.
