Warm up honey and heavy cream on low heat.

Add in chopped lavender stirring regularly.

Take honey and transfer to stand mixer with whisk attachment.

Whisk at low speed until cooled, then boost to meduim speed until honey pulls into stiff peaks and is creamy.

Scrape into squeeze bottles and store excess in dry storage.
