Wash and cut long halves from the mangoes and slit dem diagonally only in the inner parts

Mix all the dry powdered spices and salt in a bowl

Fill the mixed masalas in the slits of the dry mangoes

Heat a fry panon high flame. Add some oil. Arrange the mango pieces in the pan

After 1-2 min turn the mango pieces

After 1-2 min turn the mango pieces again and slow the gas and cover the pan
- 7
Now the spicy tangy mango pieces r ready
