Ingredients

  • Githeri
  • Potatoes one bag (ya fifty)
  • 2 tablespoonsmoringa(optional)
  • 1hoho
  • 250 gmeat
  • 1tomato
  • 3onoins
  • Halfa cabbage
  • to tasteSalt
  • Spice's of your choice (I used black pepper in stew)

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the potatoes until well done add in the githeri and let them boil some more

  2. 2

    Drain the excess water them add moringa and mashed

  3. 3

    Now to make stew boil meat and just before the water dries up add in onions tomato and hoho

  4. 4

    Let it simmer then add your spice's let it cook and once done set aside

  5. 5

    Cut onions and put a little oil in a pan add cabbage and stir do not let it cook

  6. 6

    Serve and enjoy
