Chana daal fry

Boil the chana daal in cocker

Heat the pan and add refine oil and ghee. Add 1 dry red chilli and chopped garlic.

When you feel it's aroma then add chopped onion and green chilli and stir till it chang it's colour. Then add chopped tomato,Ginger and cumin paste and salt as per test. cocked it for 5-7 mins.

Now add turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Stir for 2 mins. Then add the boiled chana daal.stir and mix the masala with daal.cover it.

After 7-8 mins again stir it. Add water if necessary. Otherwise no need to add water. Now add chopped coriander leaves. And lastly and some butter on it. Serve it with roti, chapatis,Nan.
