Steps

Wash and blanch spinach well

Boil the potatoes and grate it

Grind the spinach to puree

Mix puree, potatoes, green chillies, black pepper pow, salt and cumin seeds powder together

Make tikkies and refrigerate for an hour

Cut bread into round shape and shallow fry both bread and tikkies seperately

Take a serving plate first keep bread Slice,then apply tomato sauce then cabbage,then tikki on top add a small cheese slice and finally with tomato.

Serve with tomato sauce.😋
