Steps

For dough:- Take plate and mix all ingredients maida ajwain oil and salt.. make a dough not to hard not to smooth..and keep side for 10 mins

For filling:- Heat a pan, put green chilli,coriander,red chilli powder, chat masala,garam masala, black salt,and besan..fry it for 1 min until the turns brown know add mashed potatoes into it and fry for 1 more min..

Rolls:- make small balls from dough.. and with help of roller pin make small chapatis from it.. and cuts 3 lines as shown in pictures and know put filling into it and give shape of toffee and fry it in low medium flame and it become brown and crispy..and serve with red tomato ketchup or green chutney..
