Steps

Make a paste out of garlic,ginger,green chillies,shallots

Cut the beef into small chunks

Mix the paste thouroghly to the beef add necessary salt to the beef along mixing

Add red wine to the marinade and keep it aside for 5 hrs in the refrigerator
- 5
Heat the pan, add coconut oil to the pan and add chilli powder,coriander powder to the pan

Add marinated beef to the pan and cook it on a low flame
- 7
After all the fluids dry out add garam masala and saute well
- 8
Cut out the flame and add coriander leaves to garnish
