Ingredients

  • 250 gmSprouted Mataki
  • 1big size chopped onion
  • 1big size chopped tomato
  • 2-3garlic clove
  • 1 inchginger
  • 1-2green chillies
  • 2 tspred kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Asafoeitidda
  • 1/2 tspDry mango powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1/2 cupgrated coconut
  • as neededOil
  • 2 tbspChopped coriander
  • 1 tsplemon
  • onion for garnish
  • 1/2 cupfarsan
  • 2-3pav
  • as neededWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a1tsp oil into a pan add onion, garlik, ginger,tomato, chilli, coconut and cook 3-4 mins

  2. 2

    Grind all mixture and make a paste

  3. 3

    Heat 1 tsp oil into a pan add red chilli powder, asafoetida, garam masala, turmeric powder, dry mango powder, sugar, salt, paste, mataki and saute add water take a lid and cook it till 20-25 minutes

  4. 4

    For tadka :- heat 1 tbs oil in to a pan add 1 tsp chilli powder and make tadka, pour this tdka on misal

  5. 5

    Misal is redy to serve it serve with, pav mixture, coriander,onion, lemon slice
