Ingredients

  1. 1 packnoodles (indomie)
  2. 1capsicum
  3. 1carrot
  4. 1 cupchopped cabbage
  5. 1 TBStomato sauce or chilli
  6. Crushed peeled roasted peanuts (optional)
  7. 1 bunchspring onion
  8. 1 bunchfresh coriander

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Boil water with salt and a dash of oil and add your noodles and cook for 3-4 mins. Drain it completely and put it aside to cool

  2. 2

    Chopped your veggies

  3. 3

    In a separate pan heat oil and deep fry your boiled noodles until crispy and golden but not burnt.

  4. 4

    Sauté all your veggies add tomato sauce, salt and the fried noodles. Mix well and serve while still hot and crispy
