First take the rice wash it twice and soak for half hour

Then take a pressure cooker on stove heat it once hot add oil and add gineger garlic chopped and mustard cumin seeds

When sputtering add curry leaves and turmeric powder

And fry it then add onions and mix it and fry till it become translucent then add 🍅 and mix well and cover it for 2 minutes and add all masalas and salt

Then add water and 🍚 and pressure cook with 4 whistles and it's ready to serve

Add chana Dal one TSP to add extra taste :)
