1 teaspoonaromat
Pinchsalt and black pepper
as neededoil
3eggs
500 grmHubbard squash
1 teaspoonbrown sugar
50 grmrama

Clean fish removing bones then sprinkle with all spices and dip into eggs then oven grill at150 % until it's golden brown and ready to serve

Boil pumpkin in a pot with a bit of water then add rama and sugar cook until soft and serve

Served with tomato gravy poured on top of Hubbard squash
