Boil water with salt and a dash of oil and add your noodles and cook for 3-4 mins. Drain it completely and put it aside to cool

Chopped your veggies

In a separate pan heat oil and deep fry your boiled noodles until crispy and golden but not burnt.

Sauté all your veggies add tomato sauce, salt and the fried noodles. Mix well and serve while still hot and crispy
