Ingredients

25 minutes
4 servings
  • 2brinjals
  • 2Potatoes
  • 1/4raw papaya
  • 100 grampointed gourd
  • 1ridged gourd
  • 7-8beans
  • 2 tbsppoppy seeds paste
  • 2 tbspmustard seed paste
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and saute the vegetables

  2. 2

    Add salt and turmeric powder and cover

  3. 3

    As the vegetables get par boiled add water and simmer

  4. 4

    Add poppy seeds paste and mustard seeds paste and mix

  5. 5

    Finally add sugar and mix

  6. 6

    Serve it with plain rice
