Add the clams, cuttlefish, and calamari. Stir well, then add the boiling water and a pinch of salt.

In a separate pot, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the flour and stir until it turns golden brown.

Pour in the milk and whisk quickly to remove any lumps.

Add the heavy cream, then pour this mixture into the pot with the seafood. Stir together, then add the fish fillet, shrimp, and crab meat. Season with salt, fish seasoning, and black pepper. Mix well, sprinkle with celery, let it simmer briefly, then turn off the heat. Enjoy!
