Boil noddles with oil & salt & keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan & add crushed garlic & saute.
Add boiled chicken & cook fr a minute. - 2
Add chopped cabbage, capsicum, carrot, green chilli & white of spring onion.

Cook fr a minute. Add soya sauce, salt, pepper powder, chilli flakes & greens of onion. Mix all well.

Let it cool. Use this mix as filling fr samosa.
Don't add any sauce cos it will make samosa soggy. - 5
To seal the samosa corner use a mix a maida & water.

Fry & Serve hot. You can even freeze these samosa for few days & fry whenever you want to eat.
