Take a vessel and put 2 cups of water and let it boil...

Add the salt and coconut oil...mix well and lower the flame...add the rice flour and mix well till combined...close tge lid for 2 mins and off the flame

After 5- 10 mins....when it's slight hot knead it into dough....here u will burn ur hands so do it patiently..

Make rolls and roll it into chapathis and cook on tawa both sides till it flupps up nicely....u can press lightly the corners with cotton cloth...

Tasty rice pathiri is ready to serve with any curry...
