There is a saying that when it rains in India, the onions,Mirchis and other stuff must get themselves dunked in Gramfloue (besan) and then khodofy in oil and get fried🤣. So here’s presenting the Bhajji platter where the batter is one but various ingredients like onions,Mirchi, boiled eggs, capsicum, spinach etc can be used. I have made the Bhajjis using the Mirchi and the eggs, everyone’s fav at home.
