Butter Paneer

Steps

Heat 2 tsp butter in a pan add roughly chopped tomatoes, onions, green chilli, ginger, garlic and cashews.

Add some water and boiled it.

When boiled keep it cool. Add in a grinder and grind it.

Heat butter in a wok add tomato paste and saute it.

Now add spices and saute till leave the oil.

Add cream, kasoori methi and one spoon tomato sauce.

Add some water and cook on low flame for 10-15 minutes.

Add cubed paneer and cook for 5 minutes.

Add green coriander and serve with naan.
