Ingredients

  1. 200 gmgnocchi
  2. 100 gmSteamed Vegetables-carrots, peas,corn
  3. 100 gmchorizo
  4. 1 teaspoongarlic paste
  5. 4 cupsfull fat milk
  6. 200 gmgrated mozarella cheese
  7. to tasteItalian seasoning
  8. 1 tablespoonolive oil
  9. Butter for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Steam the gnocchi in salted water

  2. 2

    Add 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan

  3. 3

    Add the garlic paste

  4. 4

    Add the boiled Vegetables and the gnocchi

  5. 5

    Fry lightly. Add salt if needed and black pepper powder

  6. 6

    Add the chorizo. Mix well.

  7. 7

    Add the milk

  8. 8

    Cover and let it cook until a thick creamy consistency is reached

  9. 9

    Add the cheese and mix well

  10. 10

    Garnish with italian herb seasoning and a blob of butter from the top.

    Serve hot
