  • 10medium size potatoes
  • Rosemary
  • Black pepper
  • Tumeric powder
  • Curry powder
  • Corriander powder
  • Cumin powder
  • Cooking oil
  • Oregano

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and peel the potatoes

  2. 2

    Cut the potatoes into wedges

  3. 3

    In a bowl,put the potato wedges, add oil, add all the herbs and spices

    Pre heat the oven

    Bake for 45min until brown both sides
