Coat the chicken in the mixture of tapioca starch and chicken seasoning, gently kneading it, and let it sit for 15-30 minutes

Fry the chicken in hot oil until cooked through, drain, and set aside

Sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add the onion, and sauté until the onion is half-cooked

Pour in the water, then season with sweet soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper, and mix well

Add the chicken, stir quickly, then add the lime or lemon juice, stir again, turn off the heat, and serve
