So, living in a shelter, unable to cook, you pick things up to make life a little easier. If you're on the road and happen upon the good fortune of a trustworthy boiled egg, you can fluff it up to be more filling and satisfying. The vinegar in the mayo seems to be salty enough for one egg if BP or keeping kosher is on your mind.

Ingredients

8 min
  1. 2 packetsMayonnaise (condiments from fast food or free lunch)
  2. 1large boiled egg (any size will do, must be boiled through)
  3. Salt to taste (also free at any fast food place)
  4. Bowlor plastic bag/container for mixing
  5. Fork or other means of mashing/mixing yolk & mayo

Cooking Instructions

8 min
  1. 1

Peel eggs, and split in half, placing yolks in mixing container and set whites aside.

  2. 2

Combine one mayo packet at a time to yolk, mashing with the fork, until smooth as dersired (additional mayonnaise is optional here)

  3. 3

Piece off egg whites into the mixture as best as you can. Seems to spread best if you can manage a roughly chopped to finely chopped consistency.

  4. 4

Then combine and fold one last time until all egg whites are completely incorporated and covered.
