Baked Chicken with Seasoned Potatoes

Mince an onion, 5 cloves of garlic, and two tomatoes. Mix with 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, 1/4 cup of water, salt, pepper, chicken spices, cinnamon, and ginger to marinate the chicken.

In a baking dish, layer the potato slices, then add the onion slices, followed by the green bell pepper slices. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Place the marinated chicken on top, pour the marinade over it, and add another 1/4 cup of water. Cover the dish.

Bake in the oven at 430°F (220°C) for 10 minutes, then reduce the heat to 340°F (170°C) and bake for 50 minutes. If the dish starts to dry out, add boiling water. Once cooked, uncover and place under the broiler to brown the chicken.
