  • 25peppercorns
  • 25elaichi
  • 2 tbspjeera
  • 2 tbspkhuskhus
  • 5 cupssugar
  • 2 tbspkesar (optional)

    Grind all the above ingredients separately into find powder and mix it.

    Store it in a air tight jar.

  3. 3

    How to serve

    In a cold glass of milk, add,2 tbsp of thandai syrup amd mix it.

  5. 5

    Serve cold.
