Boil 1lit milk afrer boiling add lemon juice let it curdle.. strain it and wash it water....

After draining completely put it in a bowl and knead for ten minutes.. add mango pulp -1/2 ripe mango... and make small balls.. In a pan heat 4 cups of water and 11/2 cups of sugar and let it boil add this balls and cover it for15min.. stir in for 2min once..

Once doubled switch off the gas and cool down..

In a pan boil 1lit milk.. let it boil for twenty minutes and thickened in to half.. add saffron, almonds, pistachios and switch it off.. let it cool down

Add 1mango pulp in the milk mixture and mix it well... now squeeze the rasagulla and flatten it and arrange in a bowl.. pour in the milk mango mixture and keep inside fridge... serve chilled
