Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 cupmango puree
  • 1/2 cupwhipped cream
  • 1/4 cup condensed milk
  • 10 gramvegetarian gelatin
  • 1 tsp saffron milk for colour and taste
  • As neededChopped cashew for garnish
  • as needed Few saffron strings for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Take mango puree strain it from strainer

  2. 2

    Now add milkmaid to it and mix gradually

  3. 3

    Now add whipped cream to it and fold gently

  4. 4

    Now take gelatin in a bowl add 5 tblspn of warm water mix it keep a side

  5. 5

    After 5 min put it in microwave for cook

  6. 6

    Mix this gelatin mixture in puree mixture and mix all together keep in sphere mould keep this mould in refrigerator for atleast 8 hours to set

  7. 7

    When it totally set demould it garnish with slice cashew and saffron strings.

  8. 8

    Ready to serve thanda thanda cool cool
