Steps

Wash Mutton and cut in a small pieces

Apply ginger, garlic and corriender leaves paste and turmeric to mutton. mix it well and keep aside for half an hour.

Heat a pressure Pan add 1teaspoon ghee. when ghee is hot just add your marinated mutton and fry till mutton changes it's colour.

Add salt,black pepper powder and 2 to 3 cups of water.

Close the lid and let it cook for 3 to 4 whistles.

Now soup is ready.Simple, hot and healty soup ready to serve.
