Steps

Take sugar in a pan, add water, boil it, cook until a sticky syrup.

Take flour in a mixing bowl, add fennel seeds, cardamom powder and water make batter.

Take a pan add ghee, spread batter with paddle, flip over and cook until golden brown.

Add malya to the sugar syrup.

Take into plate, serve hot.
