Ingredients

2 servings

2eggs (beaten)
Pinchsea salt
Pinchground black pepper
1/2avocado
1/2tomato(sliced)
Cheddar cheese(few slices)
2 tablespoonsfresh milk
250 gwhite button mushrooms
2 tablespoonsmargarine

In a pan melt one tablespoon butter then add beaten eggs,milk and pinch of salt and fry

When finished using the same pan with the remaining of margarine fry mushrooms

Served with avocado,cheddar cheese and sliced tomatoes sprinkled with ground black pepper yummy
