1-tbsp jeera
Salt
Red chilli powder
Ghee

Heat ghee in frying pan and put jerra and saute it and add boiled rice and fry well. Now add salt and red chilli powder and cook it well.

Jeera rice ready. Garnish with green coriander as per your choice.
