Ingredients

  1. 1 cupSooji
  2. 1 cupcurd
  3. As per tastesalt
  4. one pouchEno(Lemon)
  5. 4 tspnoil
  6. 1Carrot
  7. 1 cupCabbage
  8. 1Green Capsicum
  9. 1Onion
  10. 1/2 cupTomato puree
  11. 1 tbspnBlack pepper
  12. 1 tbspnTomato sauce
  13. 1tbspnSoya sauce
  14. 2 tspnVinegar
  15. 2Laung
  16. 1Red chilli
  17. 6 piecesGarlic chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Take suji in bowl add one tbspn. oil mix well add curd mix keep aside for half an hour.

  2. 2

    After half an hour add eno mix it. Take idly mould grease it and put the batter.

  3. 3

    Take little water in idly bowl and microwave for 3 minutes.

  4. 4

    Take oil in kadai put Chilli and laung. Put garlic,onion saute it add Salt,blackpepper, green chilli sauce, tomato puree, saute it.

  5. 5

    Put tomato sauce, vinegar, soya sauce mix well. Cut idly in four pieces. Put idly pieces on it. Mix and off the gas cover it for five minutes.

    Light Yummy and healthy Chinese idly is ready for kids
