This is an instant version of Traditional Rasmalai recipe which is prepared for bread slices.
Cooking Instructions

Firstly, in a large nonstick pan heat milk

Bring to a boil and reduce to medium flame. Keep stirring till the milk starts thickening and reduced to half.

Now add the saffron to the boiling and keep stirring. Then add the sugar and keep stirring. The mixture is called rabri and it tastes divine by itself
Keep in sim and stir it till it reduces in volume. - 4
Once the rabri is thick switch it off and refrigerate it.

Now cut the bread with the help of cookie cutter or glass

Dip both sides of bread into prepared rabdi and place into plate.

Make sure to pour 2-3 tbsp of rabdi in plate. further, serve garnished with chopped dry fruits

Finally, serve bread rasmalai chilled or hot.
