Bengali Chicken Jhol

Jhol means thin gravy. Very common dish from Bengali lunch.
Steps

Wash chicken and marinate with the salt,curd,red chilli powder, turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste 1 Tbsp for 1 hour.

Heat the oil and add all dry masalas,chopped onions fry until it becomes golden brown.

Add remaining ginger garlic paste,chopped tomatoes fry until oil seperates.

Add potato

Add marinated chicken and salt to it.
- 6
Keep 10 minutes on low flame and again saute.

Add 4 cups hot water into it.Cover with a lid.

Cook until chicken cook nicely.

Serve with a plane White rice...
