  1. 1/2 cupSona masoori rice
  2. 1 cupcurd
  3. 1/2 cupmilk
  4. 1 tbspgrated carrot
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. #For tadka
  7. 1 Tspmustard seeds
  8. 1 Tspcumin seeds
  9. 3-4black pepper
  10. 1 Tspurad dal
  11. 1 Tspchana dal
  12. 1 tbsppeanut
  13. as neededFew curry leaves
  14. 4-5Few raisins
  15. 1 tbspghee
  16. 1 tspginger grated
  17. 2green chilli

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    First wash and cook rice with salt overcook.

  2. 2

    Now cool the rice and mashed it.

  3. 3

    Now add curd,milk and carrot.

  4. 4

    Now heat ghee in a pan and fry both dal and peanut.

    When the colour change then add all ingredients of takda and fry

    When it's cool down mix with rice.

    Serve it cool.
