Heat a pan on medium flame Spray or lightly grease oil in the pan.

Crack the egg top of the pan directly and set it sprinkle salt.

After 1 minutes turn and sprinkle chat masala.

This recipe was good but medium is too high to cook the eggs thoroughly on the inside. I had to turn the heat down to medium low so that all the egg was cooked properly.enjoy.
