Ingredients

  • 10-15Bhindi
  • 10 clovesGarlic chopped
  • as neededOil
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1Green chilli
  • 1 tspred chilli
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat kadhai add oil then add cumin and green chilli after spliting add masalas fry few second after this add bhindi cook for 5 min on medium flame after cooking add salt to high flam cook 1 minutes More then serve it..crunchy garlic bhindi.
