For making pakora we will make batter from gram flour

Add 1 little water at a time and stia untilall lumps get dissolved

Add some water to make the batter bid thin batter is ready

It should have consistency like this

For this much guantity of of flour we have used more than half cup of water

Whisk the batter for 2-3 minuter cut the potatoes in thin round pieces keep them this much thick

Take one potato piece dip it in batter and gently place in the pen

Fry until they turn golden brown in calor
