First we take a big bowl mix rawa and curd well in only one directions

Then add salt Haldi powder and sugar and refine oil mix it well

Then Add ginger and green chilli paste and mix it well

No lumps will be formed in batter

Mix it well and left for 10mints

After that again mix the batter well if some water will require then add some water and mix it well

Consistency is like a Idli batter

Grease the Idli mould

Mix eno salt in batter

Pour the batter in Idli mould

Warm the Idli mould with water before put dhokla batter in it

Steam it in high flame for 10to 12mints only

Put the gas off

Let it becomes cool

Take out in plate

For tempering heat 2tea spoon of oil then add mustard seed heeng curry leaves and green chilli

Pour it in dhokla

Garnish with coriander leaves

Sreve it with green chutney
