  • 1 tspOregano
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspPepper powder
  • 2 tspButter melted

    Cut the eggplant in semi sliced

    Fill cheese pepper powder oregano in the gap of slices

  3. 3

    Sprinkle the salt

  4. 4

    Brush the butter on eggplant

  5. 5

    Keep it in baking tray

    Preheat the oven for 10 Min at 180 degree

    Keep the eggplant for baking about 30 min at 180 degree in upper rack

    Serve with tamota sauce
