Heat oil in a pan, add flour and saute for a minute on medium heat

Add spice powders and oregano. Mix well

Add chicken stock and mix well to ensure no lumps are present. Since the stock had salt I skipped it. Add only if required

Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes until it starts thickening. Allow to cool, use immediately or store in airtight container. It should be consumed within a week
