  • 6Rossogulla
  • 2 tbsp eachBoiled green gram, chickpeas, peas
  • 2 tbspBoiled and cut potatoes
  • 1 tbspTamarind Chutney
  • 1 tspChaat masala
  • 1 tspRed ChillI powder
  • 1 tspChopped green chilli
  • 1 tspFinely chopped coriander
  • 1 tbspFine Sev
  • 1 cupSalt and sugar mixed curd
  • to tasteSalt

    Take the rossogulla from it's sugar syrup and wash it in normal water for 2 to 3 times

  2. 2

    Cut each piece into half and put it into a serving plate.

  3. 3

    Make depression with the spoon in each of the cut rossogulla.

  4. 4

    Mix boiled green grams, chickpeas, peas, potatoes, red chilli powder and salt together in a bowl and add it in the rossogulla.

  5. 5

    Add tamarind chutney, curd, chaat masala, sprinkle red chilli powder and chopped green chillies over it.

  6. 6

    Garnish with fine Sev and freshly chopped coriander and serve.
