Quinoa (Chinese version😜)

Wanted to try and cook quinoa from so many days... just dint know where to start. Finally, I made it in my style.. tasted super yummm. A healthy replacement to rice . Can also be had as bfast or evening snack. Try it guys...

Wanted to try and cook quinoa from so many days... just dint know where to start. Finally, I made it in my style.. tasted super yummm. A healthy replacement to rice . Can also be had as bfast or evening snack. Try it guys...
Steps

Boil two cups of water and put washed quinoa in it. Let it cook till all the water is evaporated (Just like rice)

Finely chop carrot,onion,tomato and chillies

Heat 1tsp-2tsp oil in a pan and add finely chopped ginger first

Once ginger is fried, add sliced onion and chillies. Let them fry for 2-3mins

Once onion changes colour, put the remaining chopped veggies and add salt as required

Cover and cook for 3mins

Take 1tsp of soya suace,chilli vinegar and sriracha sauce

Add the sauces to cooked veggies. Mix well

Now, add the cooked quinoa.

Mix well and let it sautee for a min or two

Fry some paneer (optional)

Garnish quinoa with fried paneer.
