Ingredients

  • 1 cupboiled chickpeas(add clove, black pepper and cardamom while boiling to increase flavour)
  • 1/2 cupsauteed spinach
  • 2 tbsptomato puree
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • pinchhing
  • 1/4 tspcarrom seeds
  • 1 tspdesi ghee
  • 1 tspchana masala
  • 1 cupcooked jeera brown rice
  • 1/2 tspsalt and red chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat up a pan.Add ghee, hing and carrom seeds. Now cook ginger garlic paste for 1 min and add tomato puree

  2. 2

    When it starts leaving ghee, add salt and red chilli powder. Now add spinach,chickpeas,chana masala and mix

  3. 3

    Add the water left after boiling chickpeas. cover and cook for 5 mins

  4. 4

    Serve with brown rice and salad to enjoy.

    Serve it with brown rice and salad.
