Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlRice
  2. 1 cupSugar
  3. 100 gmsGhee
  4. 100 gmsPaneer cubes
  5. FewCashew pieces
  6. FewRaisins
  7. FewAlmomds
  8. 1/4 tspCardamom powder
  9. 1Carrots chopped
  10. 1Beetroot chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a Pressure cooker fry Rice in ghee

  2. 2

    All ingredients should be fried in ghee except sugar

  3. 3

    Now add 1 bowl water,add sugar and salt and dryfruits,paneer,carrot,beetroot then add Rice cook till 1 whistle after that switch off the flame.

  4. 4

    Now serve hot.
