3Potatoes peeled and diced
100 grambeans chopped
2 tbspPoppy seed paste (coarsely grinded)
3green chillies chopped
To tastesalt and sugar
1/4 tspturmeric powder
As neededmustard oil

Heat oil and add Potato fry

Add beans fry till the moisture dries up

Add salt and turmeric powder and cover till it become soft
4

Add poppy seeds paste when it becomes soft
5

Add sugar and mix

Serve hot with steaming rice
