4-5 servings

500 grams Malabar spinach
1 bowlmix vegetables (Potatoes, pumpkin and jackfruit seeds)
2-3green chillies chopped
1 tsppanch foron/ five spices
1/2 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Cut the spinach and keep aside

Heat oil and temper panch foron and green chillies
3

Add the vegetables saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
4

Add the spinach and mix well and cover
5

Keep the heat low and cover till it become soft
6

As it gets soft remove cover
7

Saute well adding sugar
8

Serve it with rice
