  1. 1kg duck meat
  2. 3big size onion chooped
  3. 1 tomato chopped
  4. 2 tbspGinger-garlic paste
  5. 1-1 eachGaram masala (whole)
  6. 1 tbspCoriander paste
  7. 1 tbspCumin paste
  8. 2 tbspRed chilli paste
  9. 2 tbspGreen chilli paste
  10. 2 tbspTermaric
  11. 1 spoonsugar
  12. 2 bay leaves
  13. 2 tbspCoriander leaves
  14. as neededMustard oil
  15. 4-5Garlic (whole)

    Wash the meat, then marinate with termuric,salt and little oil

    Now heat a kadai, add oil after heating add garlic and chopped onions and fry 5 minutes,

    After 5 minutes add meat and cook until nicely fried..

    Prepare the masala, for which in a mixer jar take cumin seeds, kali mirch, coriander seeds, red chilli,green chilli, Ginger-garlic and make fine paste

    Now when the meat soaks water and fried nicely then add the masala which we prepare..

  6. 6

    Cook very well,after fried the meat and the masala mix nicely then add 1 cup water and add garam masala.

  7. 7

    Garam masala contains - 4 cardamom, 1 cinnamon, 4 cloves.. we will make fine paste of it and then add on the meat.

    After few minutes chek the salt and if required then add and mix the chopped coriander leaves..
